Refund and Returns

At LoveBazaar, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Provide your order details and the reason for the return.

We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@lovebazaar.com.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping items back to us unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@lovebazaar.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
